At least, I think so. I have tried many things to try and get my digestion problems under control.
With this product, I have been taking Acidophilus in the morning and then these capsules at dinner time. So far, so good. I have been doing much better than I have for a long time. I can even drink coffee!
I don't know if the capsules are entirely the cure, because other factors in my life have improved also, but I would say they are definitely worth a try to anyone suffering with IBS.
