I've just started drinking this for 3 days now. I haven't seen any improvement yet but anticipating for it. The first time I drank this stuff, i used 1 provided spoon full into water and mixed it, let me tell you! This stuff has some very nasty funky smell. so instead i tried it with OJ. Everytime i drink this, I have to hold my nose so i don't smell it but the taste itself is less odorless than it smell...anyways, I immediately started to have pimples b/c of that one spoon intake on the first day, so i started to take half of the spoon and using 2/3 of the require liquid to balance it out... after that i didn't have a lot of dramatic pimples popping out.

Meiji is awesome, it make my face appear healthier, fuller. my skin is glowing. I just love it! I drink it every night with a cub of orange juice.
