When I'm taking this stuff steadily I notice I don't have the 2:00 p.m. after noon slump. If you do a little online research for yourself you'll find some great stories of weight loss, skin clearing and more.

I have been taken Umac-Core for about two weeks now and already see a difference in sleep! Not having to wake up during the night anymore and actually dreaming. I also had unexplained stomach pains for months and they are finally clearing up!
Usage: I usually use 1/2 dropper morning and 1/2 at night.
Taste: kinda funky, but after a few days you get used to it.
Oh and lastly if you tried Frequensea before but just want the phytoplankton, this is what you want since it uses the same AMP process and I believe comes from the same facility? (don't quote me on that)
I'll post more later because i'm sure I haven't seen everything yet =)
