As a savy cold medicine consumer you ALWAYS need to read all MULTI-symptom ingredients, recommended usage directions and contraindications completely and carefully. You may be already taking one of the "multi" ingredients that is advertised and packaged differently which has potential to cause harm when the dosage is increased. Or one of the ingredients may interfere with medication you are already taking and is contraindicated. That said as a nurse I find this med good for keeping my nighttime allergies at bay without a "hangover" in the morning. Hope you find some nighttime allergy relief. I also like Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom, Daytime (Non-Drowsy), Cool Burst Caplets, 24 caplets (Pack of 3) I also give them to my family.
