I have been using NOW Inulin powder for a few years in my shakes and baking. It is great for boosting fiber intake and tastes great! How to use? Start slow to avoid abdominal discomfort. (I started with 1/4 tsp, and now take 1 tsp or so.)Hint: Needs to be mixed with other dry ingredients before adding to liquid. Can solidify in liquid if not mixed well.
