Real good stuff. I have noticed a positive change in the texture of the skin on my face and have notice a large boost in energy at the gym when I go right after taking it. Expensive, but I will buy more. THB

I run and do cardio kickboxing on a regular basis. I was taking sambazon acai and felt I had increased energy. When I stopped taking acai I felt that my recovery took longer (knees felt sore, muscles felt tired, and warming them up took longer). However even when taking acai there was a hill that somedays I would struggle to run or kickbox class tired me. Then I tried this and I noticed that I don't feel as exhausted running up the hill (the limiting factor is no longer muscle soreness or fatigue but rather my lungs eventually not pumping enough oxygen). Also I have increased energy in my kickbox classes. In terms of energy whatever acai did, this does better. Only thing is I felt I was more mentally alert when taking acai but resveratrol doesn't seem to provide a benefit here. I don't know if it's just a mental game, but the end result is I perform/feel better taking resveratrol.

I've really seen a difference in my skin. The annoying dark sun spots on my face are fading and my hands look younger too. I was taking 2 a day of the 250 mg so I decided to get the 500 mg.

Having tried another version of Biotivia Resveratrol that sells for nearly half the price Biotivia Resveratrol Bioforte 500 Dietary Supplement, Capsules, 60-Count Bottle, I decided to spend the extra money to get the increased potency of this product. The product I received was IDENTICAL to the less expensive version. The bottles are exactly the same. So, either there was a mistake in the order, or the products are the same and selling at two different prices. If you buy this product, I would recommend the less expensive bottle so the same doesn't happen to you.
