This did not work for my dad who is 92. I think it might work well for younger men, but think it would be good to mention that it may not be a solution for the elderly population. Because of the nature of this item, it can't be returned, so it was just a loss of money. I just wanted to state this so others would know that it isn't something useful for those that are very elderly.
