I'm past the age for getting cavities, but I buy Crest regular because it does the job. It gets good reviews. I also floss and whiten my teeth periodically by scrubbing with baking soda. I don't believe tooth paste itself whitens your teeeth. Don't miss meals or your breath gets sour. The best thing about any toothpaste is, it freshens your breath.
