Opens up nasal passages to help with breathing while you sleep. The menthol greatly helps as well. Very pleased with this product.

I use these strips every nite to be able to breath through my nose and to stop snoring. I feel refreshed when I wake up. No more stuffy nose in the morning. Money well spent.

These things really work. These are our favorite because they are vapor strips and mentholated. My husband can barely breathe some nights and isn't sure of the cause and these are one of the few things that provide him relief. They could be a little wider, so sometimes he'll use two. I don't have problems with sinuses, but they help me breathe better too at night and it just feels like more air is allowed in.
