I am a currently working on my graduate degree and needed a little something to help my focus and memory with the enormous amount of schoolwork. I went to a health foods store and was asking about products to help with my cognitive abilities. The sales lady recommended this product and I have been amazed at the results! Not only can I focus better on the material but it's somehow easier to remember as well. I noticed it's effects the first day I took it. I have friends who feel jittery on it so it may not be right for everyone but I think it is definely worth a shot.

I've been taking these religiously 3 times a day for over 2 months. Before that I've taken other brands on and off for maybe 5 years. I had hoped that this quality brand would have made a difference, but I feel no difference in my cognition or my memory, both of which are greatly affected by Klonopin along with aging. I've about given up reading. I have both Nintendo Brain Age products, and there has been no increase in my scores that I can't attribute to just getting to know the games. Last week I told my psychiatrist about my success with Weil Mood Formula, but a total lack of change from Ginkgo. He said he was not surprised, and this guy knows supplements, he knew that St. John's Wort reacts with Omeprazole (Pepcid AC), which I take daily, greatly lowering the amount in your bloodstream. Then the study with 2,000 seniors came out that showed no difference between 2 groups, with and without Ginkgo, over a long period. So, this (or any other) Ginkgo is not a magic pill, and it's up to diet, physical exercise, mental exercise to make a difference, along with getting away from other mind altering drugs (yes, both kinds.)

I needed something to help me focus and also keep the circulation going without making me jittery. Anytime I try to take any medicine or supplement it leaves me feeling exceptionally different then what is expected. This product by far has given me quick noticeable results and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for results to assist with memory, concentration and leg pain due to restlessness. I have also order additional Irwin Naturals products.

The good thing about Ginkgo in general is, that if it works properly - you shouldn't really notice unless you come off of it.
After 2+ weeks on this product, I am as alert or more than my previous supplement. I would recommend this product, but cannot claim it is better than any other.
Works as expected. I'll be buying it again.
