We have been using the gummy vites, echinacea & veggie bears for many years. It may be a coincidence, but since we started them we have significantly dimished our sick days! My son was very prone to colds and respiratory illness, due to prematurity, and after starting to use these products he was rarely sick anymore. Prior to starting the L'il Critters we averaged an illness once a month during all winter months, now we average one per winter. I am not sure if it is all due to these products but I am not going to stop taking them to find out...works for us.
