Who doesn't love Gold Bond? Use after the shower on various parts of your body. Be careful though -- DRY OFF completely before applying the powder.
The regular strength gold bond is, in my opinion, too weak and doesn't provide that tingling sensation.
The extra strength (this bottle) is perfect -- just strong enough.
If you're a little bit of a masochist, use the foot powder. But be careful.
Don't get into mucus membranes, eyes, other sensitive areas etc.
