This is a tasty way to supplement your calcium intake. That said, my Vitamin D level was non-existent after a blood test last year, so I started taking these vitamins. After six months, my Vitamin D level was in an acceptable range.
The price at Amazon is excellent. You can't go wrong with these.

I searched the ad/description up and down and could find no statement of the concentration or amount of calcium/D per pill. I find it somewhat annoying not to know what I'm buying. What are they trying to hide?
