This product via Amazon Subscribe and Save is an excellent value. I have it set for once every six months and it works out well.
The DMAE has proved excellent for boosting mental focus. I've been using it for the last year and definitely noticed the difference when I occasionally rotate it out of my supplement regimen. With this product, my attention span is excellent, studying seems to come easier and I never experience any "mental fogginess".
When I have an occasional off day where my focus seems to be slipping, or if I'm involved in studying or demanding mental pursuits, I'll take an extra tab.
It has also seemed to have increased overall energy levels. My overall supplemental routine has also been very beneficial in fending off previously recurring depression, with out use of prescription anti-depressants. I have a feeling the DMAE is a contributor to this as well.
No side effects for me, inexpensive and noticeable impact. A definite recommend for those looking for something that may improve focus, energy and mood. Great non-stimulant study aid as well.
