I don't mind takin a few pills,but the variety of different calcium pills always made me gag.They were either too big or too chalky.I love these.I have been taking these faithfully for over a year now.Getting them on auto ship through Amazon,means I never run out anymore!

I have trouble swallowing those big calcium pills. these chews made calcium taking much easier. It might be a little sweet for some people. The improved taste is much better. Like real chocolate.

Women - we're totally predisposed to osteoporosis! We're supposed to be taking calcium starting in our 20s, right? Well, I've finally found a really good, non-chalky, non-nasty-tasting, calcium source: Viactiv Caramel. Seriously. They rock... and I don't usually even like caramel flavoring. I actually look FORWARD to taking my calcium twice a day now, and this is the longest stretch I've ever gone taking them consistently twice a day (5 days and counting). My teeth may rot out from the sugar, but at least I'll be taller than the rest of those women out there when I'm 80. Two thumbs up.
