I have suffered from digestive problems (possibly dyspepsia) for years. I have tried other products, including prescription drugs, over the counter drugs and a variety of herbal products. When I could no longer get the Himalaya brand locally I tried 2 other brands of triphala. My problems returned almost immediately and with a vengeance; only after I got back on the Himalaya brand triphala did my stomach return to normal. I'm buying it in quantities now!
