Like the other reviewers say - these work. Have had canker sores all my life and this is the product I have been waiting for. They are expensive and you will probably need more than one to address one sore. On the plus side though, I often get multiple sores in my mouth at once and find that treating just one of them with a canker cover (the most prominent/painful one) helps all of them heal faster. Don't know why, maybe having something to do with the canker sore-stress connection.

I have been plagued by canker sores for my entire life. They are the most painful things for such little sores. I have tried everything and this is the very first thing that I can honestly say works! I even get them on the back of my throat and often times can't eat or speak for two weeks. I was getting one and didn't have any medicines to attempt to stop it (even though I really haven't found anything else that works). I found Canker Cover, put a little patch on the sore, and no lie, within 2 days it was virtually gone! As if that isn't good enough, while the patch is on, there is virtually no pain. I could eat and drink and talk as normal. If you get these sores, get this product!

All I can say is THESE ARE AWESOME. I get canker sores a few times a year, and the constant irritation and pain make me turn into a grouchy monster! I have tried everything over the years... salt water, oragel type stuff, even mouthwash for canker sores... sometimes these things give relief for a few minutes or an hour, but it always comes back. Canker cover is the first product I have used that actually completely gets rid of the pain and also helps heal. They don't last as long or work as fast as the package say... I usually have to use the covers for more than 24 hours before the sore is completely gone, but after 1 day you can tell it is WAY less painful and recovering. The best part is just wearing them -- they are like little pillows over your canker sores. You can eat chips, spicy food -- whatever -- and feel absolutely nothing. The covers stick pretty well and don't come off accidentally. Yes, they are pricey- but as soon as I feel a canker sore I grab one of these and dot it on. It is WORTH EVERY PENNY! Also, just FYI... it always burns me for the first 2-3 minutes or so, but then you get 4-5 hours of NO PAIN so I deal with it.
