It works. But this is not a laxative. It's additional fiber to a regular diet. I use this because I travel a lot and often miss the essentials in my own diet if I don't bring supplements with me.
And please, never do believe the ads that claim the product will kill your hunger. Hunger is in the head, not in the stomach. So this is also not a diet pill or miracle drug.

I tried this product with no expectations. It is supposed to have an appetite suppressant but it did not affect mine in any way. It is supposed to contain fiber, but it did not have any impact on me in the colon department. It does have a pleasant strawberry taste so I wound up using it as a snack. I would not recommend you buying this product for its intended purpose.
