Not what I intended by Don't Usually Comment (USA)

Although the product is not intended for sleep apnea, I bought the mouthpiece to use with my cpap. I had hoped that I could use it to keep mouth closed when I sleep. I use a chinstrap and it affects the seal that I get with my full mask. That didn't work out. I also found the mouth piece to be a little unconfortable. I do still use it though. If I don't get a good night's sleep and I am able to catch a nap then I find the mouthpiece is good for that. I snooze about 20 minutes with and I don't snore. I feel refreshed after that. Without the mouthpiece I would snore or snort and wake up. The nap would not benefit me. So I have received some benfit from the product.

I am so glad to have found this product. It really works for me and is definitely a quality of life improvement for me and my wife. And I am very happy with the price. If you are looking to solve your snoring problem this is a good place to start. Couple of things about this product: 1. It is very easily molded to the shape of your mouth. You just dip it in boiling water for 12 seconds, mold it to your mouth then dip it in cold water to set it. And, the big thing about this mouth piece as compared to another that I tried is that you can re-mold it. You can give it a try for a night or for a few nights and if the fit isn't comfortable you can re-mold it. so it isn't wasted if you don't get it right the first time. 2. It works by pulling your bottom teeth (jaw) slightly forward and this is how you mold it - you pull your jaw slightly forward and set it in place. Experimenting with this forward distance is why you might need to re-mold it. And... my teeth are a little bit sore in the morning and this is from the pulling action - but it is minor and worth the quality of life improvement to myself and my wife. Defintely worth a try.

Its an okay product. Better than nothing. Causes you to drool a lot and that wakes you up. Your teeth hurt in the morning. But it does help mostly with the snore problem.

Last month, and at the last minute, it ocurred to me that, eventhough I don't care to snore in my bedroom, I do care to snore on an airplane. I left for a trip to Europe last September 30th. Since I am traveling from Puerto Rico I traveled around 4 hours to Newark and around 8 hours to Madrid. For sure I was going to sleep and with my sleep comes my snoring. Two years ago I traveled to Washington D.C. and everytime I fall asleep somebody poked my arm to wake me up because I was snoring. I never knew who it was. This time I ordered the Anti Snore Mouth Guard Device at the last minute and got it before I left to Europe. It was the best decission I made. I did get to sleep without the concern that I was going to bothered anybody in the airplane.

Had problems with the product and tried to contact customer support with three different emails. Never got a response therefore cannot use product.
