I was disappointed. The description from Manufacturer is "...... Shoulder Wrap". It should state exactly what it is: a "neck wrap". I wanted a shoulder wrap and got a neck wrap. Is this considered false advertising? The quality of the product is excellent so if a neck wrap is what you are looking for i recommend it. Unfortunately that is NOT what i was looking for.
