Wisdom is an herbal elixir - a clear, pleasant tasting liquid (some have compared the taste to unsweetened green tea). Wisdom is made from the finest certified organic / wildcrafted herbal ingredients. One 16 oz bottle provides a one-month supply at the standard dosage. Suggested Use
Dosage: One tablespoonful daily, taken in the morning. May be added to juice or other beverages if desired. In the case of particularly severe symptoms, or if satisfactory results are not seen within one week, dosage may be increased to two tablespoonfuls daily.

My night sweats disappeared almost completely in a week! My moods have become more balanced, and I am much less fatigued at the end of the day. I'm handling stress much better. Wisdom did all of this, because it is the only thing I have altered in my daily routine. THANK YOU!

I have reordered this product several times and is helping me. I took it for 2 months forgot to reorder and everything came back again. This product has helped me so much, it has become part of my daily routine coffee and wisdom then work.

I purchased this item hoping it would helpful with my hotflashes. It did not help at all. In fact I had an upset stomach all day and a headache. I do not recommend this product.

Great product!
I had been living in misery with hot flashes and night sweats for over three years, and my doctor refused to put me on HRT because a family history of cancer. A coworker suggested that I try Wisdom, but I was reluctant because I had tried several other natural products with no luck. Then one morning I came in to the office, and in front of my fan was a bottle of Wisdom with a big pink bow! I've been taking it for over two months now, and what a gift! My hot flashes and night sweats are practically non-existent, I'm finally able to get a good night's sleep again, and overall, I just feel great. There are three of us in the office taking it now, and I would recommend it to anyone!

The only thing this product does is make you $40.00 poorer. I take that back......... The other thing it does is make the hot flashes hotter and last longer. Instead of 5 minute hot flashes, I consistently got 20 minute hot flashes. When you haven't slept a full night in 6 months you indeed get desperate and will try anything. Trust me, save your money on this one.
