Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3S29LLAF82519 I wanted to try fish oil because of the cardio benefits and also heard of the stress reducing, mood stabalizing benefits of omega-3's that came with it. At first though I was a bit weary to try fish oil because of the dreaded "fish belches" but then I was informed by a friend they were entric coated which means they don't get fully absorbed by the body until they reach the lower intestine. Let me tell you, I didn't experience any indigestion or any fishy aftertaste after taking it, and i've been taking it for roughly 2 weeks now. Too soon to tell if it's helping me in the cardiovascular sense. but I have definitely noticed an improvement in my mood. You can obviously try any brand, but i noticed in my supermarket that nature made was 40% off if you bought 2 of them, so probably no need to buy them on Amazon as they are sold pretty much anywhere, not to mention they have an excellent rewards program.

I think some capsules leak and tainted the other good ones.
The container is really not food grade and expensive too!
The one's from Ocean Labs is much much better.

I've been using fish oil for many years, but never tried Nature Made until last year. The statement they make on that their "supply comes from deep ocean waters" as opposed to "farm raised fish" was of high interest. I've heard some horror stories about farm raised fish and decided I'd like to stay clear of any pollutants.
The bottle states that it contains fish (Anchovy, Sardine) and soy. Other ingredients are gelatin (non-bovine), glycerin, water, tocopharol. A couple other items of interest for some people are that the product contains no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, yeast, starch or gluten.
Every now and then I go to the Nature Made site for a little reading and to enter my Wellness Rewards Points to get a higher valued coupon to redeem now and then. One other factor to note for those with younger children, is that the cap on this bottle is not childproof. As always, it is a must to consult your physician when using any supplements.
