Having used this for about ten days, escalating slowly to a teaspoon dose per day, I can say that it really works. No longer do I have gas, or irregular bowel movements, or nightly tummy gurgling and indigestion. It mixes easily in a glass of juice and is absolutely tasteless. I'm a total believer, and I don't usually jump on any of the nutritional bandwagons.

This supplement is awesome. I have been thrilled with how this supplement contributes to my wellness. If you have tried probiotics, you should really consider prebiotics. With probiotics, you ingest a limited variety of good bacteria, some of which survive; with prebiotics, you ingest a special fiber that actually feeds a wide variety of good bacteria without feeding the bad bacteria. That variety is a key to strong immunity. Since a huge percentage of our health comes from the digestive system, putting a teaspoon or two a day into your morning coffee can truly rock your world. Also, this isn't going to be one of those expensive healthfood supplements that stays on your shelf until expired, because it requires zero lifestyle change. You just add it to something you already ingest, and voila! Your body thanks you.

Both my husband and I started using this almost 3 months ago and Prebiotin has made a HUGE difference! Digestion has significantly improved for both of us. In particular, my husband tends toward GI issues and has had immense improvement since starting with Prebiotin.
I especially like that it can be added to just about anything, and comes in unflavored if you want, because it becomes a non-issue as to how/when to consume it.
I've used many other probiotics, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated, and this is by far my favorite. Totally worth it.

Prebiotin has been a great addition to my nutritional regimen. I find it to be very easy to take, either added in a protein shake or sprinkled on solid food. The powder has a slightly sweet taste and dissolves very easily. The results are subtle and become permanent with regular daily use.
I recently began adding Prebiotin together with psyllium and oat bran or wheat bran powder to get a nice mix of prebiotic, soluble and insoluble fibers. This mix really has been a nice addition to my diet and has had a positive impact to my overall digestive health.

What a great product. I add it to my protein drinks but it can just be added to water without being thick, clumpy or nasty. Best I have ever added to my routine. It has helped eliminate that sour stomach after certain foods and has improved my regularity, if you know what I mean. For the first week my gas increased, but reduced smell. But that has happened with any fiber increase. Highly recommended. I have recommended it recently to friends with stomach issues. Visit their website, they have a ton of great information. I learned alot about how this stuff helps. I think it is jacksongi .com.
I have not tried the orange yet, that is my next order.
