I couldn't wear the lenses they seem to be so soft to get weared. However, once I contacted the seller and asked for return policy, they gave me full refund on my purchase and partial refund on shipping.

Terrible Product, Even Worse Service by Charli V. (Houston, TX) 1 Stars

I blame myself. My husband didn't want me to order these contacts from a company I knew nothing about but I did it anyway. I should have listened to him. It began all wrong. They were HONEY COLORED FRESHLOOK COLORS NON PRESCRIPTION LENSES that I ordered from some place called Felibean and they did not arrive on the date they should have, yet another item I ordered at the exact same time from another company did. When I contacted them, I learned the item hadn't even been shipped off. It was still at the warehouse I suppose. When the item was shipped immediately upon my contacting them, my mind was eased a bit and I thanked them. "Well," I thought to myself, "they have redeemed themselves. They aren't so bad after all." Yea, well I spoke too soon. On the day they arrived, I took them out of their sealed package, looked them over and liked what I saw. I put one in the left eye. No problem. But when I began handling the contact for the right eye, and that's when I realized a hole had been torn into it. Actually, I'm down playing it: the darn thing literally disintegrated in my hand! I couldn't believe it! I have been wearing contacts for nearly 13 years and NEVER have I ever seen anything like that. "Maybe they were just old," I said. I was saddened and disappointed as I threw them away. Plus, I was embarrassed that I never got a chance to show them off and I did not want to tell my husband what happened. I didn't bother trying to send them back or request a refund, I only sent an email to the company to tell them about their product so that they would, I don't know... maybe pay attention to a "sale by" date or something. I wasn't angry until I went on the Amazon site only to find that they'd posted a public reply to my email instead of replying to me! It was some generic "we stand behind our product 100% sorry for the inconvenience contacts are very fragile" jargon bullsh**. That's when I became angry! As a result, I sent them an email that went as follows: It's amazing that you didn't bother to personally respond to the email I sent, but instead chose to post a generic "we stand behind our products blah blah" script on Amazon. I don't need ANYONE to tell me how fragile contact lenses are! I've been quite familiar with most brands since I have been wearing them for well over ten years... more like thirteen years. So, I think I have a pretty good idea on just how they work. I wear contacts almost everyday. I have NEVER, since I began wearing them at 19 years old, had a pair of contacts literally fall apart on contact. NEVER! I have worn that particular brand of contacts before, by the way. So please do not insult my intelligence and my experience with contacts with your 100% pledge jargon. I tried to cut you people some slack by speculating that perhaps the contacts were old. But now, this is just bad business and a blatant slap to my face. If you stand behind a product that disintegrates from a simple touch, what does that say about you? I do not appreciate the way this has been handled, especially with your "non-reply" to my email. Thanks for nothing. By the way, I am a writer with an extremely large following- let's just say my fan base is in the extremely high thousands. I devote a section of my website to product reviews because I am an advocate for the underdog. I don't like companies taking advantage of consumers who are already struggling to make ends meet in this time of economical hardship. Nothing is as good an advertisement as word of mouth and I have a eloquent way with words so... Guess who's product review is up next?
