I have tried pretty much every possible protein supplement that's made, this is by far the best. I loved it so much I ordered two more 5 lbs containers. Its great tastes great, and you actually can feel a difference in your body after you take it. I highly HIGHLY recomend this to everyone.

If you find it difficult to tolerate protein derived from milk sources, then this is the one you need to get. Even though some proteins are lactose free, there are some proteins in milk that some people cannot digest. Proto whey breaks down the large proteins into amino acids and proteins that are easily digested. Also, I find that this does not make my joints hurt like the liquid amino supplements.
It costs a little more than plain whey protein, but it's worth it. It tastes great, mixes smoothly, and you won't be plagued with gastric distress. It took me a long time to find this product, and I'm so glad they make it. I used to take Amino Fuel, but they no longer make it.
