I found myself spending lots of money each month in bottled water and wasting a lot of plastic while doing so. I bought this PUR water dispenser and I stopped having to lug those ridiculously heavy packages of water home and worrying about the bottle poisoning me and my family.
One of the biggest reasons I bought this dispenser is because I only feed my dogs filtered water as our tap water is extremely "hard" and the minerals can cause health problems. Living in Las Vegas, they drink a lot of water and we were going through several water bottles a day. Now, they are getting filtered water at a fraction of the cost of buying bottled water.
The design of the dispenser is great because it doesn't take up a lot of refrigerator or counter space, yet holds quite a bit of water. For two people and two dogs, we have to fill it up about every two days.

Wish they made 3 or 4 stage filters for this model. Fits well in my fridge and allows about a water bottle of space behind it.
The water tastes great, though i feel the filtering a bit slower than it should be.

I'm so glad I bought this water filter! After MULTIPLE accidents with my previous Brita water pitcher (whenever I try to pour, the top lid would just come off and water would come pouring out, even if I had my hand over it). It got to be pretty frustrating. I prefer the larger capacity of this water dispenser (I don't have to fill it every day) and yet the lean profile it has-- takes up really little counterspace and is quite unobtrusive. Plus, the water tastes great. I highly recommend it!

I have bought 1 of these dispensers for myself and loved it. Got 2 more of these as gifts for family. They love it also! Water is not as hard or heavy and tastes great! Since getting this filtration system, we are all drinking more water daily. Even our teenager who always needed to add some sugary drink powder to his water now drinks just plain water because it tastes so good. Great product. Highly recommended!
