I am a certified child passenger safety technician. This product and all others like it are very dangerous. They pull the lap belt up onto the child's belly which can cause severe internal injuries in a crash. If your child does not fit properly in a seatbelt, s/he should be in a booster seat. Putting a child under 4'9" tall in an adult restraint system puts them at risk of being ejected from the vehicle in a collision.
