I have previously purchased another bidet attachment for more money (you can check my profile), but this bidet is the best deal for the money. The reason I say this is that even more expensive bidets have one single water stream. This one has 3. Also, more expensive bidet attachments don't have a self-cleaning feature. This one has that feature. If you've been hesitant to purchase a bidet attachment because of fear of cleaning it, or the standard hesitations, this bidet attachment will put all your questions and hesitations to rest. It was installed in less than 10 minutes.

I bought 2 pieces of this product. For some reason, the T-Connector for the second one got cracked while I was trying to install it. Next day, I called them and a representative answered the call in a very friendly and professional way. A few days later, I got a new replacement and this time the T-Connector was metal. Installed it today without any problem and it works just fine.
This product is awesome and the customer service is a plus. I am giving them 5.

WELL AS I HAS READ IN THE REVIEWS BEFOR I BOUGHT IT, IT WAS EASY TO SET UP, IT REALLY DOES WHAT IT SAYS(ON HIGH YOU COULD WASH THE CEILING), MY WIFE WHO I BOUGHT IT FOR LOVES IT,,,BUT,,, THE WATER IS FROM THE TIOLET FILL LINE AND IN THE WINTER IT IS COOOOLD. SO IF I EVER DO IT AGAIN I WILL RUN POWER BEHIND THE TOILET AND GET THE UNIT THAT WARMS THE WATER.

An excellent product, easy to install and requires very little maintenance. I've owned the BB-1000 for over a year and it's ruined me for toilet paper alone! Don't leave home without it.
