CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 4.0 based on 4 reviews)
| Fascinating by J. Brooks (Austin,TX USA) 5 Stars February 05, 2009 I got this for my grandson and he loves it. It is fun to watch and easy to set up. The lights change color and the speed is flexible. He watches it for a long time and we all enjoy. Great gift!
| | Follow directions carefully by P. Wyckoff 5 Stars December 29, 2008 This lamp worked great - after I added 3 drops of dish detergent (as described in the instructions). Otherwise the beads stick to the sides and do not go up the volcano for the eruptions. My girls love it as a night light - but they actually can't sleep because it's so facinating.
| | great but broke within a day! bummer by S. Zuckerman (USA) 1 Stars December 27, 2008 Unless you get a great discount on this or dont care if it lasts more than a few hours, this product will disappoint. I got mine for $10 and it worked the night we opened it. I think my son wants me to replace it and I just cant put the money out again.
| | Science Nightlight by Carolyne White (La Valle, WI United States) 5 Stars January 09, 2007 Exploding Volcano has provided my seven year old grandson with a facinating nightlight and a stimulation toward science investigation.

| DRINKING BIRD by American Science & Surplus
Drinking Bird A rather dumb looking 6" bird with a felt covered head and has plastic feet. Worse, he cannot get his fill of water. You buy the drinks. Fluid inside condenses from the evaporative cooling of the water off the bird's beak, making it top heavy and dunking it back into the water. The condensate rejoins the liquid pool in the bird's bulb, and he tips up again. Process continues indefinitely. It works, but it's not any more than moderately well made, and not any more than moderately...
