The fabric isn't sufficiently protective against the heat of a cookie sheet, and the extra fabric of the "pinchers" makes it difficult to pick anything up anyway (something I should have noticed before ordering). I was nervous that I would drop the cookie sheet and took them off immediately. Threw them away.
