I purchased this hearing aid for my father as his birthday gift. But
the piece was defective. He could not hear anything clearly at all ..
there was only noise. We adjusted the volume and tried everything in
the manual, but it did not function. Please dont waste money in it. The only good thing about the whole experience was that the seller was very prompt in issuing the refund
