this item smelled moldy as soon as i unwrapped the package. not good. I would not recommend to anyone

I love this product and use it regularly to ease my sore neck and shoulder muscles. Just pop it in the microwave for a minute and you're good to go. Great price. I wouldn't mind paying (an extra buck) for a washable case.
