Product Description
Little brownie bites—just the right size for parties and snacks. One 8 x 8 in. size brownie mix makes 40 to 42 brownies. Individual cavities are 1.5 x 1.5 x .75 in. deep. We suggest preparing the mold with non-stick vegetable pan spray before baking. Always place silicone molds on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for level baking and easy removal from oven. Pour batter into mold, filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Place mold in pre-heated oven. Bake according to recommended temperature on recipe. Place pan on cooling grid and cool completely. To remove brownies, invert mold and apply gentle pressure to the bottom while gently peeling the mold away. |

I ordered a single bar pan, and received three of these instead for some strange reason. I guess they are okay if you want to make ridiculously small brownies, but i might end up using them as chocolate molds instead.

I originally posted a 1-star review of this item: I followed the directions precisely, but all the brownies stuck like glue!. Based on the great reviews and Amazon reputation, however, I stupidly threw away the packing list and box, never dreaming I would need to return it. My fault, totally. I posted my review and also sent a note to Amazon telling them they might want to review the product themselves as it was a complete failure. I got a very nice note back insisting that I had gotten a faulty set and they send me an RMA to return what I had and they immediately sent replacements. I was VERY skeptical, but I made another batch --AND THEY CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY! The only difference between the two batches: the original was made per the instructions using Pam cooking spray (I used butter flavored); the second (successful) batch was made using Pam for Baking (it includes flour in the spray). Whether is was that or the original pans were somehow defective, I don't know. Amazon, however, has reaffirmed my faith in GREAT customer service. I absolutely did not expect them to do anything for me, I just wanted them to look into the product. I am so glad they "went the extra mile," though, because these pans make perfect little bite-size brownies. I use a #60 scoop to put the batter in, and 1 box of mix makes two trays. They are so popular I may have to buy two more trays. Way to go, Amazon! You turned a disappointing situation into a winner!

I didn't buy this product for making brownies, I bought it for molding plastic resin for making jewelery/magnets/etc.
As far as that goes, they work great! Once the resin has fully cured they pop out easily and nicely from these well-made silicone molds. I can only guess that they would work great for baking as well if they can handle the torture test of using liquid plastic in them.

This works great!! Completely satisfied with the way the brownies turned out... Sprayed the pan with non-stick cooking spray and the brownies popped out easily... Just be careful if you use this- the brownies cook faster than in a metal pan. I am completely satisfied with this product.

I liked this pan because it was easy to use and it allowed me to make different flavor brownies using one pan. I filled the brownies with nuts, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and peanut butter cups. It was great making all different brownies with one batch and one pan.
