DreamGenii pillow was born out of Vanessa Blake's need for a good night's sleep while pregnant with her first child Lucas. After trying every pregnancy pillow on the market and still not enjoying a night's sleep, she designed her own. The DreamGenii Pregnancy and Feeding Support Pillow is recommended by labor nurses across the UK and is recognized as the only specifically designed support pillow to adequately support back, bump and knees at the same time without taking up all of the room in the bed. I've never had a maternity pillow, but I usually sleep with a couple pillows. However, I've had a lot of back pain and restless legs this pregnancy and I hoped to find the magic bullet with this pillow due to all it's awards. Unfortunately, it's not quite as good as I hoped. That being said, it is much better than my old pillows.
The main thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't provide enough back support--it's either supporting my lower back or upper back, never both. (I'm tall 5'9".) The back pillow just needs to be longer.
The things I really like about it are: it's not gigantic. (Okay so that's half my complaint.) But really, the front pillow is the perfect size! My husband would have hated one of those huge pillows that seem twice as big as a person. Also I love how you don't have to use it for your pillow under your head.
All in all, it works well. I've used it every night since I bought it.

A friend of a friend gave me this pillow and it was one of the best gifts I got. This pillow was great in relieving the back pains from pregnancy. Added benefit, when my not yet 2-year old would jump into bed w/ me and hubby, I used the pillow as a barrier between me and my active toddler to keep baby#2 safe from her thrashing arms and legs.

This pillow is fantastic, made sleeping so much easier during my pregnancy! I could not get comfortable going to sleep and this pillow provided much needed relief from all the aches and pains. The back support is amazing & it kept me in the recommended side sleeping position all through the night. It's the perfect size and does not push your husband out of bed and it easily fits in the washer and dryer! I've tried two other body pillows and they are way too big & bulky. The pillow easily conforms to your body, has wonderful knee support and I still use it after my delivery as a nursing support pillow & for co-sleeping with my baby, because it prevents you from accidentally rolling onto the child. It is a great product and I would definitely recommend it. I only wish you could buy spare covers.

Before I got pregnant, I was not much of a side-sleeper. Since all the books tell you it is best to sleep on your side when you are pregnant, I was diligently trying to follow instructions, but always woke up in the morning on my back. This pillow really helps because it is now so much more comfortable to sleep on my side. I even like it for sleeping on my back because it slightly props me up on one side, relieving pressure on my back. I definitely recommend this pillow, even if you are a side sleeper - once you have a real "bump", this pillow helps keep you supported and comfortable.
