Buying a diamond one must take into account the Four C's of diamonds*: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight. This round cut, clear white[E color] 4.01carat diamond is almost flawless; clarity VVS1 (very,very slight) inclusions except under high magnification. Shopping around is always a good idea for any purchase, but diamonds of this quality are harder to find.
Note: someone (first post) who writes "many people our selling their diamonds" is suspect.

Shop around and you will save $150,000. This is a buyers market for diamonds right now and many people our selling their diamonds back at liquidation prices. Also, do they really think someone is going to go to the check out and purchase a diamond for $250,000? Get real.
