CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 2 reviews)
| Beats the competition hands down! 5 Stars June 11, 2003 I subscribed to this magazine shortly after it began in February 1999, and have been delighted with the coverage that it offers.Dry Cargo is now the only magazine for the dry bulk industry that is published every month (IBJ now only comes out every other month, and seems to be getting thinner with each issue). Dry Cargo, conversely, seems to be getting bigger and better with each issue, and the major features are long and in-depth. The Equipment section (of greatest use to me) is sometimes 40 pages long -- longer than an entire IBJ!Anybody who wants information about what is happening in the dry bulk industry should seriously consider subscribing to this magazine.
| | An excellent tool for the dry bulk industry by Ag And Ja Jenkins (Hedge End UK) 5 Stars June 10, 2003 Dry Cargo International is now the only monthly magazine serving the dry bulk industry. Since subscribing to the magazine almost three years ago, I have found it to be an invaluable tool in my work in the dry bulk shipping industry. The magazine offers a range of features every month, which are excellently researched and very extensive in their coverage. These are complemented by interesting, up-to-the-minute news pages. Of particular interest, however, are the annual grain handling and coal handling directories, which give details of all the major companies involved in these markets.I shall continue to subscribe to this very interesting magazine, which has by far surpassed its nearest competitor, the International Bulk Journal.Highly recommended.
