| The Pelican Brief by The Artful Dodger (Lahaina, HI 96761) 5 Stars November 19, 2009 I was very satisfied with the condition of this product and felt that I would be able to enjoy it for years to come.
Excellent delivery service.

| | Excellent movie & story by Mickey H. Leatherman (Oklahoma) 5 Stars November 12, 2009 I have been a fan of John Grisham ever since I read his first book, "A Time To Kill". I also own every move that has been made from his books. I'm slowly but surely replacing the movies with BluRay copies. The version I purchased from Amazon is excellent. I highly recommend it. I am also a fan of Julia Roberts and Denzel Washington.

| | Great Blu-ray! by A streetar with desire (Linz) 5 Stars October 19, 2009 Warner did a very good job on this older material. The picture is clear without any dirt or dropouts. Sharpness is on a very high level, especially the close-ups show every detail like a single hair or pore. One negative point is the lack of any bonus, but what the hell... at this price!
| | Put me to sleep. by H 1 Stars October 13, 2009 Was I the only one bored to death? Love Denzel. Love Julia. Hate this snooze fest.
| | So this is what it looks like! by William Chipman (Irving, Tx) 3 Stars October 04, 2009 The Pelican Brief was released on DVD many years ago. The DVD was a bit muddy and flat, among many other faults. The new Blue-Ray is a good example of how a movie that is only so-so in quality can still be a very enjoyable view. The move to BRD didn't improve the movie, which is a mashup of All the Presidents Men and the George Bush administration. However, the presentation is very good with clear sound and clean video.
