Soundtrack for a Depressmo-Horror Movie by avgvstvs (Omaha NE) 5 Stars

Have you ever been so depressed that you felt downright insane? Psychotic? Well this album captures that feeling 100% perfectly. Krztoff Wrote this during a bad time in his life and he managed to condense perfectly... alot of the same feelings I had at the time. Yeah, you got prozac, I got music. Anyway, many of the songs (like Suckpump) are lyrically one-dimensional... it still takes you on a very cohesive ride... so much so that you will miss some of the best parts of the album if you're a track jumper. Most every track on this album has songs hidden on countdowntracks that are only available if you listened to the previous song through to the end, or reversed back into it. It forces you to listen to the album as a whole, as it was truly meant to be. Even 11 years later I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this album, except maybe that this was the last time that the guitars actually sounded good. After this album they took on a digital harshness that just sounds like crap. This and Antichrist Superstar were the two best industrial/metal albums out back in '96, though few have ever heard of Krztoff.

It's not bad, but it's not great either. 3 stars. by Xander Xavier Xymox (Frederick Co :() 5 Stars

I originaly wrote a 5 star review for this. I changed my mind after having it for several months. To me this is a 3 star cd at best. There are some really good songs, but most of the cd is average. After a while I became annoyed by this cd. It reminds me of the industrial equivalent of slipknot. Just not that bad. When I tried to edit this it didnt let me change the stars.

Don't get me wrong I like Bile and this cd has it's moments but it just doesn't hold my attention that long. I think it's because some of the tracks are either slow or boring. The whole thing is all over the place which is what I Like from Bile but it didn't workout on this album. I still like to listen to it now and then. Again it is a good cd and if you like Bile then you'll love it but don't buy this version because it's way too expensive. Buy Frankenhole because it's cheap plus you get this cd with suckpump. Even if you own suckpump you should still get frankenhole because it's so cheap and you can give suckpump to someone else and spread Bile around.

Its hard not to have a physical reaction to Bile, whether you end up grinning from ear to ear with insane bliss, or gritting your teeth and bouncing off the walls. This is some amazing industrial metal that will dominate your brain and start telling you to do things.. Intense, brutal, loud, frequently changing rhythms & tempos.. It begs to be cranked up to the point where your ears ring, and its worth it.

This album is without the best industrial cd to come out since A MIND IS A TERRIBLE THING TO TASTE by MINISTRY. I love the idea that there are no pauses through each song. After a song is over, it fades into weird elements and samples of porno and old time TV shows. BILE is the best thing to come out of the underground. If you ever come across one of there shows, go see them. They are the only band I will ever slam dance to. Also pick up SUCKPUMP, SEX REFLEX, DEMONIC ELECTRONIC, and BILEDEGRADABLE. But TEKNO WHORE is my favorite album of all time.
