"one star" by R. L. Tweten (Nor Cal) 5 Stars

First of all its almost 2009 and I just kind of stumbled onto these reviews of Rotting Pinata. I started listening to this CD while going through difficult times and just sort of connected with it. But their music just seemed better than everything else for a long time, you can really hear and feel the emotion throughout this CD. NOW for all these people that give it one star, reading their reviews is like trying to understand the retarted. I cant. These are the same people that are listening to Kanye and Beyonce now because they have no mind of their own, they are simply bandwagon jumpers and tomorrow they'll be listening to whatever else is fed to them in a super size meal. Ciao.

One of the best to come out of the 90's. by dclprojekt (Springfield, MO) 5 Stars

It's a funny thing about this album I had it on cassette back when it came out, then I bought the cd a few years later.Oddly enough I never really put the time into listening to all of it. What a mistake that was! When I returned from over seas a few years ago I dug it out of my closet and listened to it all the way through. I have to say this is one of the best rock albums to come out of the 90's. There something I just can't put my finger on but no one else really had a sound like this then or now. My favorite songs are by far pennywheels and miles but the rest of this album does not disappoint.

Their Best by mobster bigmuff (Tokyo, JPN) 5 Stars

Who said "Plowed" and "Molly" are the only good songs on this album? of course Plowed stands out the most,(it's the most played songs on my ipod) but the other songs are just as good too. Drownin' is a bittersweet great song. They should have put this song as a single instead of Molly,I think. other songs i like here are MILES, PENNYWHEELS, FIELDS, GIANTS, ROTTING PINATA and NEENAH MENASHA. (that's almost everything, huh?) molly and rainin' are my least favorite on this.

Great Old School Song by Beth Scanlan (Chicago) 4 Stars

I was looking for the one song on the album Drownin' or Plowed from the old days...you know, "say a prayer for me...." It's a great song! I was so surprized amazon had it. They have everything! I didn't like hardly any of the other songs but the cd had the 'old school sound' to it which was nice.

Not as good as everyone is saying by Eric (New York) 3 Stars

It's got a few decent tracks, plowed and molly. For the most part the rest of them come off feeling half-finished and generic. If you *really* like the early-mid 90's grunge sound this might be for you. If not, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Actual rating should be 2.5 Stars, but you can't give half stars so yeah...
