| THIS SONG SUCKS! 1 Stars April 18, 2007 I played this song and it haunts my sleep. This is the single worst song written in the galaxy! DOn't spend money on this! Don't play it at all! Run away!
| | Imagine my suprise by R. Kluesner (St. Louis, MO USA) 5 Stars September 13, 2000 In a certain nostalgic yearning to relive high school, I searched for Jack Stamp(a favorite of our little symphonic band). Imagine my suprise when I found it AND recognized most of the songs AND recalled just how hard I had to strike those chimes. I am in heaven. Now, if only I could find my yearbook.......
| | For a private-eye, Stamp delivers! by Jim O'Donnell (deacon@rice.edu) (Houston, TX) 4 Stars December 19, 1998 Jack Stamp outdoes himself in this delightful anthology of musical achievement. At the end, however, I found myself yearning. When will Mr. Stamp realize that fighting crime and musicology just don't mix? His music is wonderful-- especially the gripping Gavorkna Fanfare-- but his calling is detective work. But until he realizes this, I suppose we shall continue to expect more wind ensemble music of this calibre. There are worse fates.
