CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 4 reviews)
| Very underrated. by Eric Jousma (Bruce Crossing, MI USA) 5 Stars August 24, 2008 Spine is mostly metal, but there's also some rap-metal, and...perhaps the whitest, plain rap you've ever heard, but thank god that there's not much of that. I'm very choosy about my heavy metal; I can't stand softies and I can't stand growling 'grindcore' metal. Spine is able to balance soft melodies and heavy metal in a way I've never heard. Their heaviest songs have a gentle touch, and their softest songs have enough heavy action. I'm glad I stumbled upon this album, because Spine is the most underrated band I now know of.
| | Just another example... by gravy21@hotmail.com (San Diego, ca) 5 Stars September 02, 2003 ...of the awesome music being pumped out by bands from the dc area these days. too bad SPiNE is no more.
| | Buy this CD by John Easop (Fairfax, VA United States) 5 Stars June 02, 2001 I've been a fan of SPiNE for a long time as well and Non Violent Offender just completely blew me away. In fact, the cd wont leave my cd changer. For those checking out the band for the first time, you will NOT be disappointed. SPiNE brings it, stomps it, and come backs again to make sure it's dead. Great cd, amazing live band, you all have been warned.
| | Do yourself and everyone you know a favor and buy this CD by Bryan Wade (Crofton, MD) 5 Stars May 22, 2001 I've been a SPINE fan for close to 10 years. Mike Bossier (guitars, samples) writes the absolute sickest guitar riff's in the entire world. Mike Spiers (drums) is a damn drumming monster, right up there with Gene Hoglan and Ray herrera. Jennifer Arroyo (bass) just rocks PERIOD and Johnny 3 (voice) will get your attention whether you like it or not! Every track on NVO is killer. Congrats guys! The world is ready for you all.
