| Great music for routines! by Alice Shi (New York) 5 Stars July 04, 2009 This is the ultimate if you are looking for music for gymnastics, acrobatics, or certain kinds of dance routines.
| | great cd! by EssieGee (Chicago, IL) 4 Stars April 10, 2009 This is a great cd! The music is upbeat and fun...I found this band when I began getting interested in the electric violin. What's also great about this is that on the reverse side of the cd is a dvd with 3 or 4 of their videos. I only wish there were more songs on it!
Since this is an instrumental band, none of the songs have any singing (only digitally added voices at some points). These ladies are so talented! I would definitely recommend this.
| | This Bond is better than James by Sam Fachinglesse 5 Stars January 23, 2009 This is great cd/dvd. The music is wonderful to listen to, to exercise to, or to run to... I wish I had bought 2, one for the home and 1 for the car! The dvd shows just how drop-dead gorgeous they are...
| | "Best Of" for a band with few titles and less than 10 years? by Mr. W (MN) 2 Stars January 16, 2009 I absolutely love this band, but I really think it is lame that they allowed a CD to be created titled "Best Of ...."! That shows how greedy they or their marketers are to sell CDs. The band should seek to tour more often if they want to get their name out. I just get irked that they chose to make this mistake. The music on this CD it top notch, but they don't deserve to have a "Best Of" title anytime soon, and neither does Britney Spears!
Buy the CD if you don't have any of their music. Don't buy the CD if you do. Its that simple in my opinion.
| | exactly what I wanted. by VICKI TEFFETELLER (Walland, Tn USA) 5 Stars January 12, 2009 If you love fast paced classical music with a rock beat you will love this music as much as I do. Shipped in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

Bond is a string quartet made up of four good-looking women, two from Australia, two from Great Britain. Their training is in purely classical music, which this CD certainly is not. Their previous CD was banned from the UK classical charts, presumably because of the overly insistent use of beats and other intrusions, and this CD too contains African, electro, Latin and hip-hop beats. Bond will be the first to acknowledge that they're heavily influenced by the club scene and pop culture from...

| Bond - Live at the Royal Albert Hall Starring: Bond
Filmed at their Royal Albert Hall debut gig in September 2000, Bond Live is a slick showcase for four classically trained, ex-session musicians and their fusion of string quartet and rock music. Whatever the hype (four beautiful women wearing scanty tops and dancing with violins while backed by a five-piece rock combo and a small, rarely seen string section), it has nothing to do with making classical music cool and everything to do with sex. In "Duel," first and second violins Haylie...
