Suisse Modular = greatest thing you've probaly never heard by DJ Kryptik (the desert)  5 Stars

I first got intro'd to Suisse Modular on an underground hip hop/rap mix cd... of all things to be on, this band was on a rap mix cd...i mean, Suisse Modular is in no way a hip hop artist...
When i first heard about them, someone told me they were french hip hop (which they are not, but they are French)... so me being into diff. stuff i just had to check it out... i listened to a song called "Noir" on this mix cd... it's only a small clip i have of about 1:25 minutes long...and it starts out real cool too... and let me tell you, the vocalist is awesome... she has a beautiful voice and talent...
the song also fades into a Drum N Bass/Jungle beat... it has moderate amt. of bass, but more drums... but at the same time, it's pretty light on both bass/drums... it's got the perfect amt. of both... it's a great song...
I am very surprised to find their cd here, and even more surprised, no one has reviewed them, so i am honored and proud to be the 1st to review them... i hope i'm not the last and only person to review them though... They really are a great band and def. deserving of more reviews...
I have not listened to the whole cd, becuase i've been looking to buy it actually, and glad i found it.... but the sad thing for me is, it's only an EP, and not a full-lentgh cd... boo hoo, but i hope they release a full lentgh cd... and keep up the music...
I'd be down for street teaming for this group if they have a street team that is...
do yourself a favor, and check out this cd... listen to "Noir"..
I'll definitely be picking this cd up very soon...
