| EXCELLENT and SOOTHING by Marilyn BJ (Findlay, OH USA) 5 Stars August 31, 2009 I've had a sleep problem for four years and have tried everything imaginable to help me sleep. I have a racing mind and find it hard to go to sleep. This cd by Roberts Sharpiro is the best thing I have found. Her voice is almost magical. She speaks very slowly and distinctly. It is extremely soothing to listen to her and I actually enjoy going to bed just so I can listen to her voice and hypnotic suggestions. I put my portable cd player beside my pillow and put my ear buds in and all of a sudden I get sleepy and pull out the ear buds and most of the time, it helps me fall asleep. I certainly recommend this. If nothing else, it may help you to relax and unwind.

I want to ask what do I do if I fall asleep during/after the playing of the CD? The ipod or the lights on my CD player will wake me up after a couple of hrs, no?
