I have been using this program for about 3 weeks and I just love it. I have tried all those other demos out there first before I bought Holosync and they do not compare with Holosync. If you want to get the most bang for your buck get the Holosync.
If quality doesn't matter to you then go for the cheaper programs out there but first do take the time to listen to their free demos first for a few days before you purchase them.

I've been using the holosync cd's for 16 days now and am really enjoying them. I'm not good at meditating, because I have trouble quieting my mind. With holosync technology, you don't have to -- it works anyway. These cd's are inspiring me to take the time for meditation, because they're relaxing and beneficial to my often stressed mind.
