Mindful Solutions is a valuable tool by Elizabeth Silverthorn (Torrance, CA) 5 Stars
February 12, 2009
I purchased the Goldstein's CD after hearing it in a class I am enrolled in for drug and alcohol abuse counseling. I use it for my own meditation and plan on using it for my clients. The Goldsteins' really have their finger(s) on the pulse of the addicted client. In addition, their voices, especially Dr. Stephanie Goldstein's, are so soothing I feel this CD will be a valuable tool for anyone treating the addicted individual. I highly recommend this CD for treatment as well as for personal use.
