CD Review by Lily Black 5 Stars
August 15, 2009
I have tried various relaxation CD's to help with a chronic pain condition. None of them really made any difference. When I listen to this Cd, with its bilateral stimulation, three things happen. 1. My thinking stops. 2. My body relaxes and 3. My pain just disappears. Its weird and I don't understand it, but it really works. The effect usually lasts for several hours (I have knee and back injuries) but it's a lot better than medication. It's also great for getting off to sleep, especially the healing music combined with bilateral stimulation. I also used to have terrible nightmares but when I listen to this CD at bedtime I don't have any nightmares. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended
