This is the only camera that my husband and I use to capture the important moments of our baby's life. The quality of the pictures are excellent. It's flash speed is perfect to catch fast actions especially when the subject is not very still. The HD videos are much better than you would expect from such a compact camera. I liked it so much that I bought it for my parents as a Christmas present.

Love that this camera can slip into you back pocket. So far so good. I have always used a bigger camera so it takes awhile to get used to this little one. Pictures look great - I think you always wish you could have more zoom. The only downfall I have found so far (and I may be able to adjust it) is the lag time before you can take your next shot.

We have only taken about 400 shots so far but we are impressed with the picture quality; especially in low light conditions. We rarely use the flash anymore and are able to take shots in marginal light. Next shot delay is minimal and the camera is a delight to use.

I still have a Canon Digital Powershot SD 1000 I like this camera very much because of it's sturdiness and picture quality. With that experience in my mind, I bought this little beauty for my wife who likes to "point and shoot", while still getting good results. By what I have seen myself, and by what my wife told me about the camera, I would highly recommend it. The camera feels good in your hand, not plastic like, but more as solid, just well made.
The price / performance ratio is very good.
