went to florida and they were great for the beach. Hard to get back on once they are wet but I think all shoes like this are like that.

I ordered a child's size 6 and was sent a women's size 6. Just to let you know CH6 stands for women' s size 6 with this company. Even though I was looking at children's sizes they sent me women's size 6. It was not worth sending them back because the return shipping was half the cost of the shoes. I just gave them away. This was a hefty shoe let alone a water shoe. It is for really heavy duty water activities. It seemed too rigid and stiff to be comforatble for just pool or gentle beach play. It was a bit difficult to put on and very tight fit, i suggest ordering a size larger at least.

My four-year-boy loved these because they are high-topped and flexible, so he did not get sand or bark chips in his shoes. Easy for him to slip on and off, as well.

This shoe leaves marks on my boys' ankle at the top. The "tongue" is inflexible and hard. Otherwise it would be a good shoe. Might be a better design in the larger sizes.
