These are not "fans", they give off NO wind. These are toys that light up. Eforcity used NO packaging, they threw them in a plastic envelope.

If you are looking for a fan to cool you off, don't buy this one. You can barely even feel a slight breeze from it. If you want a light show, this is for you. It changes colors and patterns and is very entertaining.

This little fan is great for hot summer days. As it whirls around there is a rainbow of colors; very good in a dark room or even outside at night. I am glad I purchased this!
